1 area of use
1.1 This set of rules developed in accordance with Articles 76 and 97 of the Federal Law of 22 July № 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on fire safety requirements”.
1.2. This set of rules is a regulatory document on fire safety and sets voluntary application of fire safety requirements to determine the number and locations of dislocation fire departments in the territory of settlements, urban districts (hereinafter – the settlements), and production facilities.
1.3 This set of rules should be guided in determining the number and locations of dislocation fire departments, regardless of the type of fire protection.
1.4 This set of rules does not apply to objects of production, processing and storage of radioactive and explosive substances and materials, the destruction of facilities and storage of chemical weapons and explosives, land space objects and starting complexes, mining.
