4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 The requirements of this joint venture aimed at:
timely and unimpeded evacuation of people;
rescue people who may be exposed to hazards of fire;
protection of people on the escape routes from the effects of fire hazards.
4.1.2 Salvation is a forced outward movement of people under the influence of
on them fire hazards, or in the event of an immediate threat of exposure.
Saving is carried out independently by fire departments or specially
trained staff, including the use of life-saving appliances, evacuation through
and emergency exits.
