1.1 This set of rules developed in accordance with Articles 42, 45, 46, 54, 83, 84, 91, 103, 104, 111-116 of the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 № 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on fire safety requirements” It is a regulatory document on fire safety in the field of standardization and application of voluntary standards and establishes the rules of the design of automatic fire extinguishing systems, and alarm systems.
1.2 This set of rules applies to the design of automatic fire extinguishing systems and fire alarm systems for buildings and structures for various purposes, including being built in areas with special climatic and natural conditions. The need for fire-extinguishing systems and fire alarm systems is determined in accordance with Annex A, standards, codes of practice and other documents, duly approved.
