Declaration of fire safety – a special form of conformity assessment of the protection requirements of fire safety facilities. In accordance with the Federal Law the owner of buildings, structures and production facilities shall submit to the territorial authority of the state fire supervision of fire safety declaration. Form and procedure for registration of the declaration approved by Order №91 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations 24.02.2009g. “On approval of the form and procedure for registration of the fire safety declaration”.
